Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW v Dederer [2007] HCA 42

On 30 August 2007, D, then a child, was rendered partially quadriplegic after diving into a shallow river from a bridge.  On appeal to the High Court, it was found that the NSW Road Traffic Authority was not negligent.
