Clark v Hall & Anor

On 8 May 2003, the Plaintiff Ms Clark, suffered personal injuries in a motor vehicle collision when she was a pedestrian on the road.  Ms Clark sustained the following injuries:

  • Open fracture of the right great toe;
  • Cuts to hands and legs;
  • Bruising to the chest;
  • Fuel burns to the skin;
  • Psychiatric injuries.

The Supreme Court, recently awarded Ms Clark the following amounts in damages:
